  • What utilities are included in the HOA fee?

    The HOA fee covers common utilities such as water, trash, and maintenance of shared spaces. Residents are responsible for their own electricity.

  • How do I get involved in community events?

    Our community calendar is filled with events, including holiday parties and game nights. Check the calendar and RSVP to the ones that interest you!

  • How often are HOA meetings?

    Regular HOA meetings are held monthly, with special meetings as needed. Meeting dates are posted on the community calendar.

  • If I am a renter, who is responsible for notifying me of all condominium rules, including parking, pets, and noise?

    The unit owner (your landlord) is responsible for ensuring that renters are fully informed of Cameo Towers rules. This includes parking, pets, noise, move-ins, and use of common areas. Owners are liable for violations caused by their tenants or their tenants' guests.

  • What kinds of pets are allowed, and are there any restrictions?

    Residents may have up to two household pets (dogs, cats, etc.) per unit, each weighing no more than 15 pounds. Pets must be carried in the building and not allowed to relieve themselves on common property. Pet waste must be picked up immediately. Violations may result in fines or removal of the pet.

  • When and how can I move in or out of the building?

    Moves must be scheduled with the management company at least five (5) business days in advance. There is a $150 refundable damage deposit and a $150 non-refundable move fee. Moves are allowed:

    Mon–Fri: 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM

    Saturday: 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM

    No moves are allowed on Sundays or holidays. Moves not scheduled in advance will result in a fine.

  • Where can I park, and what are the vehicle rules?

    Only registered and authorized standard vehicles may be parked. No trailers, oversized trucks, or commercial vehicles with advertising are allowed. Parking in fire lanes or blocking access is prohibited. Towing may occur for violations.

  • Can I use the hospitality room for private events?

    Yes. Submit a form, pay a $300 refundable deposit, and a usage fee. Alcohol requires a higher fee. The room may be used from 8:00 AM to 9:00 PM. DJs and live bands are not allowed. Residents must be present and clean up after the event.

  • Are there quiet hours or noise rules?

    Excessive noise is prohibited at all times. Flooring must meet soundproofing standards. If noise complaints occur, residents may be asked to add rugs or padding.

  • Am I allowed to grill on my balcony?

    No. All types of grills (charcoal, gas, electric) are prohibited anywhere on the property, including balconies and patios.

  • What are the rules for using the pool?

    The pool is open from Memorial Day to Labor Day (10:00 AM to 7:30 PM). No lifeguard is on duty. Residents must accompany guests. No alcohol, glass, or smoking is permitted in the pool area. Children under 16 must be supervised.

  • Can I renovate my unit?

    Yes. Most renovations require submission of a Unit Alteration Application and a $300 deposit. Flooring changes must include soundproofing. Projects exceeding 60 days need an extension.

  • What should I do in case of a building emergency?

    Call 911 for emergencies like fire, gas leaks, or flooding. Then contact management. For non-emergencies like lockouts, call management during office hours.

  • What are the rules for garbage and recycling?

    All trash must be bagged and tied in 13-gallon bags or smaller. Do not place loose items like bottles or cardboard down the chute. Hazardous materials and large items should be reported to management.

  • Can I store items in hallways or stairwells?

    No. Personal items stored in hallways or stairwells are a fire hazard and will be removed without notice.

  • What are the expectations for common area etiquette?

    Do not block or loiter in hallways, lobbies, or stairwells. Do not leave shoes, mats, or personal items outside unit doors. Decorations must be safe and appropriate. No smoking or loud conversations in shared spaces.

  • What are the laundry room rules?

    Laundry rooms are open from 8:00 AM to 10:30 PM daily. Use a maximum of two machines. Remove laundry promptly and clean up after use. Pets are not allowed in laundry rooms.

  • What are the smoking policies?

    Smoking and vaping are not allowed in any indoor common area or within 15 feet of entrances. Residents must prevent smoke from affecting other units.
